Dr. Rodriguez has a wide range of experience in business management. His experience spans more than 35 years working in the business industry with 19 years of particular emphasis in standing up Enterprise Program Management Offices (EPMO), Integration Management Offices (IMO), Strategic Business Planning, M&A Integration, Information Technology (IT), Project Management Consulting, Mentoring and Coaching. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master and Six Sigma Green Belt. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University.Tasked with providing strong leadership through start-up, growth, and restructured organizations; Dr Rodriguez demonstrates his skills of being intuitive, adaptive, and self-confident; ever mindful of stakeholders, customers and co-workers. Dr. Rodriguez is well connected with associations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Colorado Technology Association. His strong work ethic reaches beyond the corporate setting by serving as PastPresident and Chairman of the Board for PMI Mile Hi Chapter and Adjunct Professor for Colorado Technical University and Bellevue University.

AJ is a seasoned “hands on” Sr. Technology Manager whom has over 20 years in IT and in Enterprise Architecture. AJ is a visionary that is proficient in leading technical programs and departments. He has provided leadership to STAR by establishing the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development and advancement.
Directs the company’s technical direction, development and future growth. Works collaboratively with corporate compliance, internal auditing, corporate risk management, corporate security, regulatory bodies and authorities and various technical teams in the design and implementation of audit, security/compliance assessment, and regulatory security/compliance practices of IT. AJ also manages STAR’s Client IT and Security Services.

As Chief Project Officer, Rocky ensures project management aligns with strategic priorities that impact the bottom line. Rocky also works with project managers to convert strategic goals into tactical objectives by utilizing industry best practices, so that project managers at a tactical level can better understand corporate strategies.
Rocky also serves as a champion for Project Management Methodology that best fits organizations resource structure and project delivery model.
